Only one coupon code can be used per order.

How do I earn rewards in the Familia Fund?

Every purchase you make earns you one point for each dollar spent in full dollar increments only; for example, a purchase of $5.99 will earn you 5 points.

Why didn't I receive points from my order?

You must be logged in to your rewards account at the time you place your order to earn rewards. This differs from your Fluff & Familia accounts! This is two separate logins (we are working to integrate this into one login)! To login to your rewards account, please login to The Familia Fund page

Help! I forgot to login! Can you give me my points retroactively?

While we will work hard to try, we cannot guarantee we will be able to give your points since system limitations, the amount of time involved and the cost to accomplish this may make it difficult to accomplish. Please feel free to ask by emailing us at contact@fluffandfamilia.com. If you email, please be sure to give us as much time (at least 7-10 business days) and detail (such as the points amount and your order information) as possible in order for us to attempt processing.

What can I do with my Familia Fund points?

You can save up your points to exchange them for online coupons to redeem on future orders! The more points you accumulate; the great the savings you get!

Do Familia Fund points expire?

While points never expire, the coupon codes generated at the point of redemption will expire after 90 days. So, be sure to leave your points sitting in your account until you are ready to redeem them for shopping!

I'm ready to redeem my Familia Fund points. How exactly do I do that?

If you are logged in, there will be a button labeled "claim" button next to the rewards that you qualify for. When redeeming points for codes, please be sure to select the correct option.

Help! I redeemed for the wrong reward code. Can this be fixed?

Please email us immediately at contact@fluffandfamilia.com and we will work hard to try to correct the error. We cannot guarantee we will be able to correct this since system limitations, the amount of time involved and the cost to accomplish this may make it difficult to accomplish. If you email, please be sure to give us as much time (it could take 7-10 business days) and detail (such as the points amount and your order information) as possible in order for us to attempt processing.

Why isn't my redemption code working?

There's a few reasons your code wouldn't work.

  1. Did you enter the correct code? - Codes are a long string of numbers (except in cases of special coupon codes for promotions).  
  2. Are there exclusions? – Some items are unable to be discounted due to restrictions from our product vendors. This includes Applecheeks, BestBottom, Bottombumpers, Bumkins, CJ's Butter, Earth Mama Angel Baby, GroVia, Imagine Baby, Itzy Ritzy, Kangacare (Rumparooz), Moby, Olives & Applesauce, Onya Baby, Osocozy, Smart Bottoms, Spray Pal, Sweet Pea, Thirsties & WubbaNub. This list is subject to change at any time.  We will do our best to notify you after your order is placed and refund your points accordingly if a discount is accidentally applied. If you are unsure whether an item is able to be discounted, please contact us.
  3. Did it expire? - once redeemed, codes expire after 90 days. If it is 90 or more days since redemption, the code has more than likely been deactivated.
  4. Has it already been used? – check if you already used this code on a previous order
  5. Still having issues? – Feel free to contact us at contact@fluffandfamilia.com.

One of my redemption codes worked while another didn’t. Why?

Only one code can be redeemed per order. This includes offers, promos and other discounts outside of the rewards program. If you've already entered in one code, this will negate all other codes entered which will be unable to be used on that order.

My code expired, can I get my Familia Fund points back?

Because we have already graciously allowed our expiration to go 90 days vs. the standard 30 days our competitors offer, we are not able to give points back after they have expired. Sorry!

I redeemed my Familia Fund points but since changed my mind. Can you give my points back?

While we will work hard to try, we cannot guarantee we will be able to give your points back since system limitations, the amount of time involved and the cost to accomplish this may make it challenging to undertake. Please feel free to ask by emailing us at contact@fluffandfamilia.com. If you email, please be sure to give us as much time (at least 7-10 business days) and detail (such as the points amount and your order information) as you are able in order for us to attempt processing.

I want to add something to my order I already placed. Am I able to?

Unfortunately, once orders have been placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to change or modify them. While we will work hard to try, the amount of time involved and the cost to complete this may make it tough to accomplish. Please feel free to ask by emailing us at contact@fluffandfamilia.com. Please be sure your order is accurate before checking out.

I want to return something from my Familia Fund rewards order. How much will I get refunded back to me?

Your refund will be your out of pocket cost (less any shipping charges or restocking fees). If rewards can be reapplied towards other items in your order, we will try our best to apply them there instead. However, if the entire order is returned, you will not be refunded the value of your rewards coupon as we will be unable to void the redemption coupon needed to restore your points.
